Good value for money. Great location. Lovely design with its own kitchen, great bathroom. Would stay again.

The only thing was that there was only 2 pilows so not that comfortable to sleep

The Appartments are very clean, in a new house, with good location connected to the public transport. The staff is very kind and the price quite good. Wi-fi internet connection is very easy and very good quality. It is also could be very suitable for the family.

When I arrived I learned, that my credit card was already charged which is against Booked.net policy. Apartment is new and clean but very uncomfortable, robe in bedroom had no hangers or shelving I couldn't unpacked my suitcases. No facilities in bathroom to put cosmetics. All taps in bathroom and kitchenette are broken, no spare toilet paper in bathroom.

Very warm welcome and helpful suggestions by Joanna. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. I asked for more hangers and they were delivered immediately. Our apartment did not have a washer but several others that they rent out in the building have them. The bus stop for the 5-7 minute bus ride to Krakow was just across the street. We were very pleased and extended another 4 nights, making it an 8 night stay.

The double and sofa bed could be a little bigger to make 4 guests more comfortable. The apartment is big enough to have a queen size bed or bigger sofa bed. The beds they provided were too small for 4 adults.

Good location. Tram stop across the street. paid parking in garage below building cheap and secure. There is a washing machine in the room so doing laundry easy.

Dishes for cooking and eating should have been cleaner, had to wash before using.

The apartments are modern, spacious and in a central location. The tram stop is just outside the door and also Tesco is within walking distance. Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent. All public transportation at your door and easy walking distance to/from town square. Tesco 24hour supermarket is a short walk just down the street 1 bedroom apartment was fully equipped including washing machine. Joanne and Mariola welcomed me through email and text and responded with any questions that I had. They took excellent care of my tourist information needs. The apartment is very good from all perspective. The owners are friendly, flexible. Two rooms and a kitchen, balcony in a silent part of the city but still close to the centre. It was almost perfect.

Be careful witch yours creditcard her..they hawe booked mine twice..end after two weeks my money are still blocked..

Very cozy apartment in the new building with friendly staff. Internet Wi-FI connection is great. 10 mints by walking to the nearest mall.

Unfortunately there were no microwave but everything else was good.

The proprietor of the apartment was really really helpful and welcoming. If I needed anything, she was very willing to assist. It was very easy to meet her and collect the keys etc. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and spacious. The apartment also came with free WiFi, which was very useful (I had a lot of study to do while I was there). There are buses and trams available just across the street and TESCOs is only a 5 minute walk away. I really liked the independence of staying in an apartment VS staying in a hotel.

The only thing I didnt like was the frying pan. It was a wee bit too small. It is fine for one person but not for any more. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The owner Joanna is very nice. She will tell you all you need to know about Crakow and/or public transport. We ran into a bit of difficulty with our neighbours and she acted absolutely marvelous. It's nice that the appartment has a balcony.

The bed is not that big, just 1.40 metre so too small for us.

The apartment was lovely with very nice interior. We stayed for 7 nights and would have even stayed longer just because of the apartment. There is a tram station right in front of the building that takes you directly into the city within 15 minutes. There is a Tesco supermarket in walking distance which is opened 24/7, so you can get your groceries whenever you want to. The apartment has a very nice cooking area and an awesome bathroom as well. There also is a nice balcony included. You have WiFi in your room and can check for the sights and restaurants you want to visit online before you leave. The staff is really nice and helps you with everything you need! We really really enjoyed the stay!

The only thing I could come up with here would be the missing furniture on the balcony maybe. It was September and we did not really miss it though, but I can imagine a table and two chairs on the balcony could make the apartment even more awesome. But that is really the only thing I could think of because the apartment really is lovely!

It might sound quite far from the centre of things but the public transport system is excellent and so easy to navigate that we didn't mind being 'far' from the city centre... In fact, you can even just walk to and from the apartment, especially if you're exploring the Jewish quarters since that is less than 15min walk away. The 'oriental' restaurant across from the apartment is very good and affordable. Had Vietnamese noodles (pho) and seafood hot plate (fyi menu is also in English) and would recommend both.

We had a mobile phone that could be used in Europe but if we didn't, I think the arrangment for key pick-up would have really annoyed me. Perhaps the staff should consider waiting inside the apartment at an arrangement time window so the guests can just ring the door bell or something that does not involve texting.
